Shipping

Orders confirmed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is typically 2-4 working days within Pakistan, longer for remote areas. Everything ships in plain outer packaging with no branding on the outside.

Age check on delivery

Our courier may ask the recipient for identification. If no one of legal age is available, the parcel is returned to us.

Returns

Unopened devices and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened pods, e-liquid or any item whose seal is broken, unless it is faulty.

Faulty items

Devices carry a six-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Tell us within 48 hours of noticing a problem and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Message us through the contact page with your order number and a photograph if the item is damaged.
